Kindergarten Enrollment / Inscripciones de Kinder
 
Kindergarten enrollment for the 2023/2024 school year has begun online. Click here to complete the online enrollment if your child has never been enrolled in a PUSD school.  If your child has attended a PUSD school, please contact Marlyn Su, our Office Manager, at [email protected] OR Jasmine Gomez, our Typist Clerk, at [email protected] to receive your Parent Connect login information to complete a Re-Enrollment instead.
 
When you have completed the online enrollment, please book an appointment by calling the front office at (909) 397-4675 to bring in your child's birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of address to complete the enrollment.
 
Las inscripciónes para kinder para el año escolar 2023/2024 ha comenzado. Haga click aqui para completar la Pre-Inscripcion en linea si su hijo/a nunca ha asistido a una escuela de nuestro distrito.  Si su hijo/a ha asistido a una escuela dentro de PUSD, por favor comuniquese con Marlyn Su, la gerente de la oficina, al correo [email protected] O con Jasmine Gomez, la secretaria de la oficina, al correo [email protected] para recibir su informacion de iniciar sesion en Parent Connect para completar la Re-Inscripcion en vez de Pre-Inscripcion.
 
Cuando haya completado la inscripcion en linea, programe una cita llamanda a la oficina principal al (909) 397-4675 para traer el certificado de su hijo, el registro de vacunas y el comprobante de domicilio para completar la inscripcion.

What documents do I need to bring?

You will need to show proof of your child's age. To do that, please bring a birth certificate, baptismal certificate, or passport. You also will have to show proof of your residency within the service boundaries of the school.  

Please bring any of the following: 

  • Property tax payment receipts
  • Rent payment receipts
  • Utility payment receipts
    (Driver's license does not qualify for proof of residency)

 

Finally, you need to show proof of the following immunizations:

  • Polio (4 doses)
  • Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (5 doses)
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) (2 doses)
  • Hepatitis B (3 doses)
  • Varicella (2 doses)

 

Your child's immunization record must show the month and year of each dose.  (State law does not allow children to be exempted from immunization for personal/religious reasons.)
